LGFL Audio Network Website

In today’s lesson, we spoke about the difficulty of using Garage Band. Since our marks are not rewarded based on the music we produce, we found that making our own music would be time consuming, and that we could be using our time wisely to work on the production of our music video. Therefore, we were introduced to the ‘LGFL Audio Network’ website, which is a site that allows students and teachers to download as much Audio Network music in audio-visual projects, however this can only be done through school computers. This restricted our time to search through the music, since we could only do it in school. The website was easy to use since it categorised the beats and tunes into specific genres. My team and I listened to a number of songs in the categories Pop/Pop Rock and listed the few that we found most appealing. The list became shorter and shorter as we analysed each song according to the lyrics, tempo, beat, and whether we could think of a brief story outline.
